Delete Your Dosie Account

You can permanently delete your Dosie account and all data associated with it at any time. Choose either method below — you do not need the app installed to request deletion.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

1. Open Dosie and sign in
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email us at contact@dosie.co from the email address associated with your Dosie account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We use the sending address to verify account ownership. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all data associated with it, including:

- Your account profile (name and email address)
- All medications, dosages, schedules, and reminder settings
- Dose history and activity logs
- Family member profiles you created
- Saved pharmacies and preferences
- Notification preferences

What may be retained

- Subscription and payment records: purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, not by Dosie. Records held by Apple or Google are subject to their policies, and we may retain minimal transaction records where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
